Yesterday I made hot pot!! The taste was "Tonkotsu". It was very delicious! I ate too much. I think that hot pot is the best food to eat in the winter.
Tonkotsu? Isn't that a Fukuoaka flavor? Are you from Kyushu? I went to Fukuoka years ago, and my wife and I had dinner at a Ramen Cart in the street. We had the Tonkotsu Ramen, and it was fantastic. I want to go back and have it again. Does Tonkotsu hot pot taste like tonkotsu ramen?
